RUHS Departments Receive Tasty Treat for Survey Participation

Three RUHS departments were treated to meals for their quick participation in the Workforce Engagement Survey.

 The Detention Care Unit, GI Lab, and Occupational Therapy were the first departments of their size to reach more than 90 percent participation in the survey.

The Workforce Engagement (WFE) Survey seeks to understand how RUHS can continue to support employees’ peer relationships, commitment to the organization and overall job satisfaction. The 75% response rate is 10 points higher than the industry standard.

Participation across the Medical Center was notable. An impressive 75% of employees participated in a survey intended to determine job satisfaction levels, and many departments saw most, or all of their employees complete the survey.
