Participate in our Blood Drive Challenge
Earlier this month we launched our Blood Drive Challenge campaign to assist LifeStream Blood Bank in its important life-saving work by encouraging staff to donate in multiple drives by end of year for the chance to win a prize. The campaign continues this summer, and you can still win, even if you missed the first donation.
Employees who haven’t yet donated can win a specially designed, RUHS-branded coffee mug by donating blood during the three remaining drives this year on August 5, October 7 and December 2 at the Education Building. Employees who already gave blood on June 3 need to donate on only two of those days.
To score your mug, simply submit photos of your post-blood draw compression wrap after each donation to our RUHS Blood Drive Challenge form on the Team RUHS Blog: www.teamruhs.org/activities/ruhs-blood-drive-challenge.
Once you've submitted three photos to the blog page, a member of RUHS Marketing will contact you in December with instructions on how to receive your prize.
Employees can also win swag from LifeStream each time they donate. The blood bank will give away $20 Ulta gift cards while supplies last to donors who participate in the next drive on Aug. 5.
To sign up, visit this link: https://giftoflife.lstream.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/124909
On the day of your appointment, speed up your donation process by completing the required pre-donation reading and health history questions before arriving at the donation site using Express Pass: www.lstream.org/expresspass
