Poisoning & Overdose Awareness 5k Walk (Murrieta)
Join us for a memorial walk and resource fair, Poisoning & Overdose Awareness 5k Walk: "1 Life, 1 Heart.” These events will honor those who have lost their lives to poisoning and overdose. We welcome you to register for one of our 5k walks!

Would you know how to save a life in a bleeding emergency? Join us for a Stop the Bleed Certification Class and learn critical bleeding control techniques that anyone can use. This free event will take place from 4-5 p.m. at the Education Building and is open to healthcare professionals, educators and members of the community.

Situational Awareness and Threat Response Symposium
RUHS staff are invited to attend this year’s symposium when it takes place from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in Magnolia Rooms A-F of the Education Building. The event is coordinated by RUHS, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Law enforcement will teach attendees about types of terrorism, programs to mitigate risk, suspicious activity reporting tools and examples of suspicious activity in healthcare settings. RUHS is excited to invite all EMS workers, law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics and their families to our annual EMS Appreciation Celebration. The event will take place from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. behind the ambulance bay. The Heart & Stroke Walk is a fun, family-friendly event that brings our community together to get active, raise life-saving funds, and support the mission of the American Heart Association. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just looking for a great day out, join us to celebrate heart health, honor survivors, and remember loved ones affected by heart disease and stroke. Lace up your sneakers for a day filled with music, activities, and camaraderie. Through fundraising and community engagement, the Heart & Stroke Walk aims to enhance CPR training accessibility, bolster bystander preparedness, increase funding for vital research, and ultimately, save lives.
