Sheriff’s Deputies, Pony Make Special Holiday Visit to Pediatrics

Toby the pony was ready for his holiday close-up.

The Riverside County Sheriff's Department Mounted Enforcement Detail brought the adorable mini horse and two of his full size horse friends to RUHS-MC to say hi to staff and patients on Friday, Dec. 12.

After a quick stop at the courtyard for photos, Toby and his deputy pals made their way up to Pediatrics to deliver presents and greet the children on the floor.

Toby was perfectly dressed for the occasion in a Santa hat, festive blanket and a bright red nose, and the children were delighted to see him!

Thank you to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department for such a special visit.
