Celebrating Emergency Medical Services Week

May 17–23 marks Emergency Medical Services Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the dedicated EMS professionals who provide lifesaving care to our community every day. From responding to emergencies in the field to ensuring patients receive critical care upon arrival at the hospital, EMS workers play an essential role in the healthcare system.

To honor their commitment and service, our emergency, trauma and stroke teams hosted an employee appreciation event on Monday, May 18. The celebration featured raffle prizes, educational resources, emergency service booths and delicious churros.

Thank you, EMS staff, for your unwavering commitment to saving lives and caring for patients in their moments of greatest need.
