Jeans Day 2026
On April 29, Riverside University Health System will join organizations across the country in recognizing Sexual Assault Awareness Month through our annual Jeans Day event
Participation is not mandatory, nor is a donation required to wear jeans; this is an opportunity for staff to stand in solidarity with survivors and raise awareness about the ongoing impact of sexual violence in our communities. We are encouraging monetary donation of any amount; there is no gift too small or too large in helping those impacted by abuse. Employees may wear jeans, blue scrubs, or blue attire as a visible show of support and a reminder that compassion, advocacy, and education are essential parts of our mission.
Your participation does more than change a dress code for a day; it helps strengthen a culture where survivors feel seen, believed, and supported. We encourage every team, department, and unit to take part, spark meaningful conversations, and demonstrate RUHS’s commitment to creating a safer, more informed community.
All proceeds from this campaign will benefit the RUHS Foundation and help support RUHS patients who have been affected by abuse.
